In this highly visible role, you will lead a team of audit professionals, execute the strategy for Asset Management, drive growth and collaboration, develop talent, and ensure exceptional client service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA license required.
• Minimum of 12 years of fund-related audit experience.
• Prior audit experience in Asset Management with progression track record.
• Strong leadership, staff development, and client service skills.
• Proven success in business development and growth.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Firm, Industry and Audit Service Line vision and goals for the Asset Management practice.
• Drive industry collaboration and education across Service Line and Markets.
• Collaborate with Financial Services leadership to grow the industry and serve clients.
• Develop professionals within the practice and build a talent pipeline.
• Drive economic results evidenced by KPIs across the practice.
