Cherry Bekaert LLP seeks a Funds/Asset Management Senior Audit Manager for our Charlotte practice. This hybrid role requires leadership of audits within the funds and asset management space, with a focus on financial services and treasury functions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in public accounting, an active CPA license, and a strong track record leading A&A teams. Masters preferred and a commitment to professional development and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop A&A associates.
• 6+ years of experience in public accounting.
• Funds and/or Asset Management Audit Experience.
• Experience in financial services, banking and treasury functions.
• CPA certified and active license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audits for funds and asset management clients.
• Mentor and develop staff accountants and associates.
• Coordinate with clients and teams to ensure high-quality delivery and timely findings.
