Global AmLaw 50 law firm in the Financial Services & Investment Management Practice Group seeks an Associate Attorney for a hybrid, multi-location role including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC. The attorney will counsel sophisticated asset managers and funds on regulatory matters and complex securities issues.

Ideal candidates have a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar status, 3–7 years of experience in financial services, and strong

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in a relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 3–7 years of substantive experience in financial services, investment management or securities law.

Responsabilidades

• Advise asset managers, investment advisers, broker-dealers, and funds on federal securities matters.
• Counsel clients on fund formation, registration, compliance and ongoing regulatory obligations.
• Assist clients with regulatory examinations, investigations and enforcement matters.
• Provide guidance on broker-dealer and commodities regulation, including blockchain and digital assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic legal solutions for global asset management.
