The Asset Management Associate will assist the financial management of a diverse portfolio of investment real estate and development projects, and support buy/sell/finance transaction execution. Key responsibilities for this position include building and maintaining proforma financial models for both development and existing properties, review and reporting of property financial performance, market research, and transaction coordination. Attributes and capabilities that are critical to this position include: financial and analytical aptitude, advanced abilities with Excel and Argus, excellent written and verbal communication, well organized with strong attention to detail, desire to learn and grow, entrepreneurial mindset, independently motivated, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.This position reports to the Vice President of Asset Management.
Compensation for this role includes a base annual salary of $125,000 – $145,000. A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance. Urban Villages offers the benefits listed below to eligible employees:
