Jones Edmunds & Associates seeks an Enterprise Asset Management Analyst to analyze infrastructure data, improve processes, and support technology initiatives for public-sector clients. You’ll develop dashboards, participate in workshops, and help optimize asset management across utilities and civil projects.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and progression within the enterprise asset management consulting practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IS, CS, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Public Administration, GIS, or Operations Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, GIS, or data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze infrastructure, maintenance, operational, and financial data.
• Document and improve business processes and workflows.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and interviews.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Support asset management assessments and strategic planning efforts.
• Assist with implementation and optimization of asset management technologies.
• Conduct data validation and quality assurance reviews.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, GIS professionals, and client staff.
