Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Technician with a Secret clearance to support DoD property accountability. Responsibilities include calibration of tools, inventory management, shipping documentation, and government property records.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of related experience. Candidates will interact with Government SRO/PBO/APO and perform audits and data entry in accountability systems.

Qualifications

• Calibrate and maintain status of calibration on special tools and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of components of calibrated equipment.
• Prepare physical inventory documents and provide to Government Stock Records.
• Process and file shipping documentation and inventory listings.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and maintain status of calibration on special tools and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of components of calibrated equipment.
• Prepare and staff documentation for Government property accountability procedures.
• Conduct physical inventories of Government property as scheduled by the APO.
• Maintain Government property receipt, shipment, storage, and loan documentation.
• Create documentation for property maintenance requests (DA Forms 2407/2407-1).
• Search catalogs/records to obtain stock information and expedite material delivery.
• Identify and issue office supplies and maintain stock records.
