Position Overview

This Asset & Liability Management Director - Individual Contributor role is based in Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY, primarily in a PNC office. Responsibilities may require time in the office or in the field regularly, with some remote work at the manager's discretion.

Role Details

This Managing Director (Independent Contributor) role within PNC's ALM Corporate Treasury reports directly to the Head of Capital Planning and Management. It involves overseeing activities related to capital management strategies, analytics, and execution, as well as leading efforts in recovery and resolution planning. The team collaborates with executive management, finance, risk management, legal, and regulatory partners across PNC.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct due diligence and analysis for capital planning and management, including optimization strategies.
  • Lead and participate in annual capital stress testing (CCAR) and develop PNC's capital plan.
  • Assist in planning and executing PNC’s share repurchase program.
  • Perform research, financial analyses, and prepare reports using independent judgment.
  • Coordinate activities related to recovery and resolution planning.
  • Develop and present reports and presentations for senior management and the board.
  • Review relevant regulations related to capital, liquidity, and recovery planning.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Quantitative undergraduate or graduate degree (Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics preferred).
  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or progress towards these certifications is a plus.
  • Knowledge of bank financial statements and credit risk is preferred.
  • Experience in capital management, liquidity management, or recovery planning at a bank is preferred.
Additional Details

PNC does not sponsor employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this role. Salary range is $100,000 - $284,050, dependent on location, skills, and experience. The application window is typically open for two business days from 11/26/2024.
