Job summary

Nuveen is seeking an Associate for hands-on exposure to asset-level pricing, structuring, and syndication across the C‑PACE lending platform. You will work with Originations on pricing decisions and build pricing tools and databases that scale underwriting discipline.

You will contribute to SASB rating processes, prepare cash flow models, and support hedging activities while collaborating with the Capital Markets team. This role reports to the Associate Director of Capital Markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years in CMBS, structured finance, credit or capital markets; CRE exposure preferred.
• Advanced Excel modeling, structured finance waterfalls and cash flow analyses.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing approval requests with Originations deal teams for timely turnaround.
• Develop and maintain self‑serve pricing tools for the Originations team.
• Prepare cash flow models to support SASB rating processes and syndicated transactions.
• Build and maintain a comps and pricing database from CMBS, syndicated deals, and investor feedback.
• Prepare due diligence FAQs on deal structure and cash flows to support syndication marketing.
• Support the transition of closed syndicated deals to Asset Management.
• Assist in sizing and execution of hedging activities.
• Lead or support other ad hoc Capital Markets projects.
