NextEra Energy is seeking a Manager, Strategy and Forecasting within Treasury’s Asset-Level Financing team to develop a strategy to execute and manage a large-scale capital program. Rather than leading transactions, this individual will work closely with senior professionals across Treasury and the broader organization to communicate plans, measure progress / explain deviations, and conduct ad-hoc analysis driven by industry events. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for an analytically rigorous professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can synthesize complexity into a clear, actionable strategy.
This individual will develop a deep understanding of NextEra’s various funding strategies across tax equity, project financing, and non-controlling interests as well as end markets (renewables and storage, gas plants, transmission, pipelines, residential solar).
Leaders in this role manage the planning and direction of department initiatives and projects. This position oversees development of programs and policies and ensures cost-effectiveness.
