Job summary

Orbital Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead field execution of Asset Integrity and Asset Management programs across Atlantic Region client facilities. You will coordinate inspections, manage field crews, ensure safety, and maintain data integrity in a hands-on, on-site role.

The position requires travel to regional client sites and collaboration with inspectors, engineers, and client staff to meet program goals. Hybrid work with regional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent with 5–8 years Asset Integrity/inspection experience.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries (power, oil & gas, refining, chemical, manufacturing).
• Strong field leadership and ability to manage crews, schedules, and site logistics.
• Willingness to travel regularly to regional client sites; TWIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field execution of Asset Management and Asset Integrity projects, including inspections.
• Serve as primary on-site contact, aligning with project scope, safety, and client expectations.
• Coordinate daily field activities, including access planning, scheduling, and logistics across multiple assets.
• Track field progress, communicate status, issues, and risks to the Program Manager.
• Support inspection planning, data review, and reporting; provide technical input to engineering teams.
