Job summary

Nebraska Public Power District is seeking an Asset Health Engineer I–IV at the Columbus General Office in Columbus, NE or the York Operations Center in York, NE. The role reports to the Asset Health Manager and spans levels I to IV based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities include providing daily support for operations, maintenance, and asset performance analytics, with emphasis on life cycle management, asset risk mitigation, and coordination with field personnel on improvements

Qualifications

• Analyzing asset health and performance to improve reliability and lifecycle value.
• Interpreting data and trends to support maintenance decisions.
• Developing and applying asset performance analytics across districts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery and performance analysis for electrical equipment.
• Improve life cycle management processes and asset risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with field technicians and other engineers to implement improvements.
