Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Manager of Business Development to lead a team of Onboarding Specialists, driving asset growth and consolidating client relationships. You will coach staff to exceed goals, ensure RegBI and telemarketing compliance, and partner with product, legal, and compliance teams to optimize workflows.

This role is based in Denver, CO or Westlake, TX and requires in-person attendance five days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales coaching/leadership in financial services.
• Guide agents through sales processes and develop their skills.
• Experience with asset consolidation and expanding client relationships.
• Strong understanding of RegBI and telemarketing rules.
• Willingness to use AI tools to boost productivity.
• In-person office attendance in Denver or Westlake.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Onboarding Specialists to drive high performance.
• Ensure team goals are met, including gross deposits and productivity.
• Oversee customer interactions ensuring compliance with RegBI and policies.
• Create a high-performance culture and supervise workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve workflows and customer experience.
• Monitor performance via data and coaching to scale impact.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and regulatory adherence.
• Support escalation management and complex cases.
• Drive initiatives to increase customer engagement and asset consolidation.
• Foster customer-first mindset and trust in all interactions.
