Working as part of a highly regarded finance team, you'll advise leading financial institutions, private equity sponsors, borrowers and other market participants on sophisticated asset-backed financing transactions. The role offers exposure to complex domestic and cross-border matters, with the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on high-value transactions for major clients.

Requirements

• Class of 2023 or equivalent level of experience.
• Experience advising on asset finance, structured finance, secured lending or other related financing transactions.
• Strong transactional experience with excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and contribute effectively to complex, fast-moving transactions.
• Strong communication skills and a commercial approach to client service.
• Ability to work effectively within collaborative, high-performing and cross-border teams.
