Job summary

SBA Communications Corporation is seeking an Asset Development Analyst to identify and develop new revenue-producing sites. You will support acquisition, sale, and development processes while coordinating with landlords, legal, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business/marketing/communications and 2+ years in wireless development or asset development, with strong MS Office skills. Hybrid work options and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications preferred.
• 2+ years of wireless development, real estate, site acquisition, or asset development experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new asset development opportunities to drive revenue.
• Coordinate with team members and landlords to gather due diligence and data for budgeting.
• Create site marketing materials and maintain project trackers for status updates.
• Collaborate with legal and internal teams to secure necessary agreements and approvals.
