Job summary

Dominion Energy in Richmond, VA is seeking an Associate Business Process Analyst to support the Distribution Asset Management team on a 1-year contract with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote) at about $32 per hour.

You will review inspection data for preventative maintenance programs, validate asset records, and update SAP. Proficiency with Excel and Power BI will help you track performance and ensure data quality across reports and systems.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ hands-on experience as a Business Process Analyst.
• Must have experience with SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate inspection reports for accuracy and asset data.
• Support preventative maintenance programs, including transformer inspections.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies with field inspectors and stakeholders.
• Communicate with internal teams and partners for timely issue resolution.
• Assist in updating data within SAP and related systems.
• Use Excel and Power BI to review, track, and report on performance.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure data quality standards.
• Provide support across additional maintenance programs as needed.
