Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, seeks an Associate Business Process Analyst for a 1-year contract with Dominion Energy in Richmond, VA. The role offers a hybrid schedule (3 in office / 2 remote) and pays $32 per hour.

Responsibilities include reviewing inspection data, supporting preventive maintenance programs, and using SAP, Excel, and Power BI to improve data quality and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset; review data, identify inconsistencies.
• MUST have experience working with SAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on issue resolution in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate inspection reports for accuracy, aligning data, photos, and asset records.
• Support administration and tracking of preventative maintenance programs, including transformer inspection activities.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with field inspectors and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Assist in managing and updating data within SAP and related systems.
• Utilize Excel and Power BI to review, track, and report on maintenance program performance.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with data quality standards.
• Provide general support across additional preventative maintenance programs as needed.
