Delmar-Systems-Inc is seeking an Asset Compliance Manager to oversee global asset control, vendor compliance, and inventory management processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.

You will manage vendor audits, monitor inventory accuracy, and collaborate with procurement, logistics, quality, and operations teams worldwide to drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and inventory management software.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory systems.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with vendor management and supplier auditing processes.
  • Knowledge of procurement compliance and quality assurance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct global vendor audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and contractual agreements.
  • Monitor supplier performance related to inventory accuracy, delivery timelines, and product quality.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, shortages, damaged goods, or invoicing issues.
  • Maintain records of vendor audits, corrective actions, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Quality to generate vendor audit templates and schedules.
  • Supplier/manufacturer site visits for equipment acceptance verification.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers regarding inventory issues, returns, or delivery schedules Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Annual review of Asset Control and Vendor Management documentation and creation of any gap materials.
  • Maintain accurate asset registry across the global organization to stay compliant with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
  • Analyze inventory data and generate reports on stock usage, shortages, and trends.
  • Coordinate with base, logistics, and operations teams to track/manage internal inventory transfers of global assets.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or variances.
  • Manage the inventory management system unit records and ensure accurate data entry and tracking.
  • Oversee base organization and storage practices to maximize efficiency, safety, and asset preservation.
  • Train and supervise inventory staff or base personnel in the use of the IMS as needed.
  • Attend daily asset management and portal (inventory management system) development meetings

Description

Asset Compliance Manager responsible for overseeing global asset control, vendor compliance, and inventory management processes to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company standards. This role manages vendor audits, supplier performance evaluations, inventory accuracy, asset tracking, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with procurement, logistics, quality, and operations teams. The position also develops inventory control procedures, maintains compliance documentation, resolves discrepancies, and supports continuous improvement of inventory management systems and asset management processes across the global organization.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Requirements

The Asset Compliance Manager will require the correct mandatory qualifications and certifications as per the Delmar Training Matrix. The position will have the following (as a minimum):

  • Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain roles
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and inventory management software
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory systems
