Job summary

Ben Aris LLC in Arkansas is seeking an Asset Care Excellence Reliability Engineer to oversee asset maintenance, reliability, and outage scope guidance across the plant. You will coordinate between production, maintenance, engineering and third-party SMEs to improve asset utilization and OEE.

The role leads maintenance planning, capital projects, RCA investigations, and documentation, developing proactive reliability strategies and ensuring compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience in chemical, process, or petrochemical industry.
• Experience working with production personnel and mentoring teams.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Apply Asset Care Excellence (ACE) principles and ensure safety/compliance integration.
• Ensure maintenance systems meet regulatory requirements and operate efficiently.
• Perform Pareto and OEE analyses to identify underperforming assets and plan improvements or replacements.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on maintenance and reliability activities.
• Lead capital project input and budgeting for assigned area.
• Coordinate RCA investigations and track corrective actions.
• Manage maintenance activities and accompanying documentation for equipment records.
• Coordinate plant changes to improve OEE, yields, reliability, and quality.
• Develop reliability strategy prioritizing critical equipment and preventive maintenance.
