Texas Capital Bank is seeking an Asset Based Lending Analyst II/III to support ongoing management and monitoring of a portfolio of asset-based lending relationships. You will focus on collateral analysis, financial performance monitoring, risk assessment, covenant compliance, and client service.

The Asset Based Lending (ABL) Analyst II/III supports the ongoing management and monitoring of a portfolio of asset-based lending relationships. The role is focused primarily on portfolio management responsibilities, including collateral analysis, financial performance monitoring, risk assessment, covenant compliance, and client service. The Analyst works closely with Portfolio Managers, Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, and ABL Operations to ensure credit quality, identify emerging risks, and support the long-term management of client relationships. This position is designed for professionals with 1-3 years of commercial banking, ABL, credit, or commercial finance experience who are seeking to develop the skills necessary for advancement into a ABL Portfolio Manager or Underwriter role.
