Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience.
• Willingness to consider third year law students with a start date after the summer bar exam.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions and corporations in asset based commercial leasing and lending transactions.
• Work in a dynamic practice involving syndicated transactions and general corporate contracting matters.
