Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience.
• Third year law students considered with a start date after taking the summer bar exam.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions and corporations in asset based commercial leasing and lending transactions.
• Engage in syndicated transactions and general corporate contracting matters.
