Requirements:

• Actively working as a banker or lender with 20+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry
• Experience delivering training in both in-person and virtual formats
• Strong, energetic teaching presence
• Valuing and promoting a diverse, equitable, and inclusive learning environment
• Comfortable with virtual technology (platforms, audio/video equipment, etc.)
• Willing to invest time in learning our content and offerings
