Responsibilities

• Coordinate work assignments within the designated section.
• Assist with data entry for ownership, addresses, exemptions, and parcel updates in IAS.
• Research appraisal records to verify ownership and correct discrepancies.
• Verify legal descriptions and input related to property valuation or sale.
• Respond to inquiries in person, in writing, and by phone with professionalism.
