Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing in Denton, TX is seeking an Educational Diagnostician for a contract, full-time, onsite position through late May 2027. You will take on comprehensive student assessments and support educational planning, with no ARD meeting facilitation required.

Three positions available; you'll join a collaborative team, maintain records, and prepare timely reports in line with state and district guidelines.

Qualifications

• Valid Educational Diagnostician certification.
• Knowledge of assessment tools, procedures, and special education evaluation processes.
• Experience in K-12 settings as an Educational Diagnostician is preferred.
• Ability to maintain detailed records and prepare evaluation reports.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret a variety of formal and informal educational assessments.
• Collect and analyze data to identify learning needs and eligibility for services.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure accurate assessment processes.
• Complete comprehensive written evaluation reports compliant with state/district guidelines.
• Manage timelines to meet deadlines.
