Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a full-time Educational Diagnostician for a hybrid, school-based role in the Denton, TX area. The position supports students in Denton and nearby North DFW communities with on-site and remote work options.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Special Education, has at least one year of experience, and is proficient with computer-based special education systems. Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited university in Special Education or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience as an Educational Diagnostician.
• Proficiency in computer-based special education systems.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psycho-educational evaluations to determine eligibility for services.
• Review evaluation findings with parents and district staff with clear communication.
• Develop evidence-based interventions to enhance student performance and access to education.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other discussions to ensure appropriate programs.
