Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking an Assembly Worker in Allentown, PA for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. The role involves assembling metal components, scanning barcodes, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

This temp-to-hire opportunity includes pay-for-skill training and a comprehensive benefits package. You will work on a variety of equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with overtime opportunities and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stay at assigned workstation during shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assemble precision metal components and subassemblies per production specifications.
• Move parts from work bins and place completed parts into designated bins.
• Load and unload parts onto fixtures, work tables, and assembly stations.
• Inspect parts for defects using visual inspections, pneumatic tools, and leak-testing equipment.
• Apply and scan barcodes to ensure accurate product tracking.
• Participate in safety, quality, 5S, and training activities.
• Follow all production processes, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.

Job Details:

• 1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm | $16.50/hour
• 2nd Shift: 3:30pm-12:00am | $17.65/hour
• 3rd Shift: 11:00pm-7:30am | $18.15/hour
• Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
• Location: Allentown, PA
