Job summary

A leading staffing agency in Chandler, Arizona, is seeking candidates for a quality assurance position focused on visual inspections of repaired PCBs. Responsibilities include documentation of defects and supporting engineering activities with specialized tools. Candidates must possess a HS Diploma or GED equivalent and strong critical thinking skills to resolve non-standard problems. This is a full-time, 3-month assignment with daytime hours, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Completion of a HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to critically think and resolve non-standard problems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming visual inspections and outgoing quality assurance for repaired PCBs.
• Document defects identified during the inspection process.
• Facilitate engineering activities by utilizing specialized equipment.
• Support engineering activities (ECOs, jig/fixture fabrication, specialized equipment).
• Assist in research tasks; assignments are semi-routine within defined parameters.

• Responsible for the incoming visual inspection and outgoing quality assurance of repaired PCBs.
• Thoroughly document defects found during the incoming/outgoing inspection process.
• Use different metrology tools to determine defects i.e. X-ray, microscope, VPI-1000
• Responsible for technical functions in support of engineering activities such as ECO s, jig/fixture fabrication, use of specialized equipment, collecting data
• Assist in research work.assignments/tasks are semi-routine in nature and performed within generally defined parameters.

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent

Term of Assignment

• 3 month assignment: Start date is September 2016 through December 2016
• Full-Time: 7:00amto 4:00pm, Monday - Friday
