Product Assemblers will be responsible for:

• Completing mechanical assemblies of industrial valves, actuators, and accessories safely and efficiently
• Following instructions on sales and work orders
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Adhering to safety policies and procedures
• Adapting to change and new situations
• Having permanent work authorization for the USA
• Possessing a High School diploma or equivalent
• Having over two years of manufacturing light assembly experience
• Using hand tools such as torque wrenches and air impact wrenches
• Demonstrating strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Following safety policies and maintaining a safe workstation
• Being responsible, dependable, and flexible
• Communicating effectively within a team
• Reading, speaking, and writing English proficiently
• Paying attention to detail and precision
• Willing to work overtime, including Saturdays as needed

The following experience is a plus:

• Assembling and pressure-testing valves
• Interpreting electrical wiring diagrams
• Bending stainless steel or copper tubing
• Possessing critical thinking skills
