Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking an Assembly Worker / Finish Technician for a local company in Michigan. The role will assemble and finish products by installing components such as wire, hoses, axles, tires, and decals, ensuring alignment with specifications.

Hours are 6 am to 2:30 pm, with some Saturdays 6 am to 11:30 am. Pay rate is $19.00 per hour. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required and demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Relevant and recent experience demonstrating mechanical aptitude is preferred.
• Heavy equipment manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installation of multiple components as part of finish assembly.
• Operate hoist, slings, hand tools and tape measures.
• Use torque wrenches to adjust parts and verify proper torque.
• Apply inspection techniques to ensure quality and safety.
• Read, understand and follow job order specifications and blueprints.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

The Finish Assembly Technician will install components (wire, hoses, axles, tires, decals, etc.) to the product.

Essential Duties

• Installation of multiple components
• Operate hoist, slings, hand tools and tape measures
• Knowledge of and ability to use torque wrenches to adjust parts
• Knowledge of and ability to apply inspection techniques
• Read, understand and follow job order specifications & blueprints
• Maintain a safe & clean working environement

Hours are 6 am - 2:30 pm, currently working 10 hours per day. There are some Saturdays, 6 am to 11:30 am. Pay rate is$19.00 an hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
• High School diploma or GED required
• Relevant and recent experience demonstrating mechanical aptitude
• Heavy equipment manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
