Assemblers & Welder Fabricators

Our client in Coon Valley, WI is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. Don’t wait… apply today!

What's in it for you?

• Assembly: $20 - $22/hour based on experience
• Welder/Fabricator: $20 - $24/hour based on experience
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 10am - 6:30pm (training period), then Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - Midnight
• Paid training

What will you be doing?

Assembly

• Prepares materials for assembly and assists with heat exchanger setups
• Performs basic assembly functions under supervision
• Basic understanding of manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication
• Experience with hand tools (not required), e.g., hammer, impacts, drills, grinding wheels, ratchets
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work instructions

Welder/Fabricator

• Interprets and follows manufacturing drawings and work instructions
• Fabricates most parts and assemblies with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of supporting manufacturing processes
• May assist with assembly of heat exchangers in the Assembly Department

• Welding experience with carbon steel and stainless steel
