Job summary

Ipsen USA in Souderton, PA is seeking a manufacturing assembler to join our onsite team. You will learn to read blueprints, operate band saws, drills, grinders, and other equipment while handling diverse materials and maintaining quality standards.

Under supervision, you will document processes, keep work areas clean and safe, and perform assigned tasks with accuracy. Prior assembly experience and a solid work history are valued. Exciting benefits accompany this full-time role.

Qualifications

High School Degree or GED required.
Some prior assembly experience preferred.
Solid work history or academic record.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

Learns to read and interpret blueprints.
Operate power tools and equipment such as band saw, table saw, manual hand brake, drill, grinder, etc.
Handle and work with different types of material: felt insulation, ceramic, graphite, carbon fiber, molybdenum, stainless steel, carbon steel, etc.
Document work process, issues, and usage of material or excess material/parts.
Communicate with team leader and supervisor in all forms of communication.
Organize work area and keep it clean and safe daily.
With supervision, accurately accomplish assigned tasks.
Other duties as assigned/needed.
