• Coordinate component movement across the shop floor and through departments to keep production flowing.
• Attend department meetings, own action items, and drive timely follow-up.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, quality, production, planning/scheduling, and shipping/receiving.
• Serve as the operational focal point to help supervisors prioritize and reconcile quantities and assemblies on the floor.
• Oversee shipping/receiving activities, including barcode and labeling readiness.
• Expedite assemblies from manufacturing through to shipping and keep MES/ERP transactions aligned.
• Publish daily progress, cycle counts, and open MO reports; maintain WIP control.
• Identify floor-stock items and implement replenishment milk runs using safety stock/Kanban.
