• Operate and perform welding duties
• Assemble and test units
• Apply paint caps
• Perform various assembly tasks
• Move between work stations to maintain throughput
• Identify and monitor own work to ensure quality
• Track and enter scrap in MSS
• Complete hourly production boards
• Read and understand a traveler
• Cross-train and work in other departments
• Train other team members
• Work well in a team environment
• Support 5S and safe work practices
• Participate in High Performance Teams
