Job summary

Zev Technologies in Riverton, Utah is seeking a Production Assembly - Level 1 technician for the day shift. You will assemble, inspect, and test firearm components and finished products according to strict quality standards, with safety at the forefront.

The role requires basic high school education and some experience; you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, learning Kaizen/Lean concepts and collaborating with the production team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma and one year of work experience.
  • Eyesight and manual dexterity sufficient to identify and maintain finish quality of components.
  • Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, specifically Windows PCs.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning software is a plus
  • Familiar with Kaizen or Lean philosophy, 5S pillars
  • Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Technical training or vocational training are a plus

Position Description
