Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in Franklin, Wisconsin, is hiring for a production role in the Plant: Franklin. You will operate power tools, assemble wall panels, insulate, and finalize units according to engineering drawings and Bills of Materials. The shift runs 4:30PM to 2:30AM; lifting up to 50 lbs and standing 2–3 hours; strong safety and quality focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to stand for 2–3 hours.
• Ability to reach over shoulders/head; bend at waist and knees; twist at shoulders/waist.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate power tools and equipment (drills, impact guns, grinders, saws, rivet guns, cranes).
• Assemble wall panels and subassemblies per engineering drawings and Bills of Materials.
• Perform insulation cutting, installation, and sealing with appropriate tools.
• Install components (walls, doors, frames, filters, gaskets) to specification.
• Apply sealants to ensure product integrity and prepare units for finishing and inspection.
