Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a manufacturing assembler in Peachtree Corners, GA. You will join a team to assemble a variety of products, ensuring quality and productivity goals are met in a controlled manufacturing environment.

You will operate equipment, perform changeovers, inspect work, and document processes while supporting team performance and safety policies. This role requires basic math, good English skills, and the ability to work on-site in shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–2 years previous mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, write and understand English; present information in a group.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic, tolerances, averages.
• Reasoning Ability: Apply common sense, report quality issues, suggest improvements.
• Computer skills: Use PCs and online documentation.
• Other: Ability to work varying shifts; team environment; clean room PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to standard work instructions and prints.
• Operate and set up production equipment/fixtures as needed.
• Become proficient at multiple assembly tasks while meeting workmanship, safety and productivity requirements.
• Perform preparation work such as line clearance and changeover.
• Inspect own and others' work; perform basic repairs as needed.
• Mentor others in areas of expertise as needed.
• Complete manufacturing documentation; initiate material requests; report quality issues, efficiency, and measurements.
• Maintain accurate identification and count of materials; report shortages.
