Job summary

Spartan Emergency Response is seeking a Production Assembly worker to join the assembly line team. You will read and follow detailed instructions and blueprints, perform rework when needed, and work closely with supervisors to ensure quality and on-time production.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe work area, using basic tools, and supporting 5S initiatives while collaborating with engineering, materials, and other teams to resolve issues. Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and retain skills needed to complete assembly in assigned area.
• Read and follow detailed operator instructions, drawings, or blueprints.
• Perform rework as needed and apply supervisor feedback.
• Complete required forms and documentation for build accuracy.
• Understand production flow of the assigned product line.
• Self-check work and inspect prior processes for quality.
• Use basic hand, electric, cordless, and pneumatic tools.
• Meet production goals and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Support 5S and communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
