• Takes initiative over expanding their knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic assembly of unit sections and sub-assemblies.
• Participate in problem-solving activities including safety and quality.
• Attend training courses as directed by management.

Skills

Understanding and proper use of tape measure

Ability to use overhead crane

Basic shop math skills

Reading Production Orders & understanding shop drawings

Familiarity with common hand and power tools

Education

High School diploma or GED equivalent
