Job summary

HSM Careers in the United States seeks a hands-on production team member for assembly tasks at our Hickory, NC plant. You will obtain materials, assemble frames, hang on paint lines, perform checks, and touch up with spray paint, supporting efficient production.

Ideal candidates will count accurately, work well with a partner, and meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 25 lbs. Prior assembly experience is preferred and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to count and do simple math.
• Production assembly experience is preferred.
• Must be able to use a pop rivet gun, stapler, and spring puller.
• Must be able to work with a partner.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Obtain material for assembly.
• Place rails in racks, load assembly parts onto frame, and assemble frame and rails.
• Hang frame on paint line.
• Perform in process checks.
• Touch parts up with spray paint.
