Job summary

Laser North in Baraga, Michigan, is seeking a full-time Assembly Technician to join the team. Prior manufacturing experience is welcome but not required; we will train motivated individuals. The position offers a competitive hourly wage, weekly pay, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Typical day shift runs Monday–Thursday 5am–2:30pm and Friday 5am–9am. Responsibilities include production assembly, inspections, parts handling, light machining, and shipping support.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation and excellent work ethic required.
• Previous manufacturing or related experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and understand prints or instructions.
• Possess strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems.
• Ability to balance a sense of urgency while maintaining the highest level of safety, quality, and efficiency as a manufacturing technician.
• Ability to follow business rules and guidelines, safe work practices, and safe lifting techniques.

Laser North, a laser cutting and fabrication specialist, seeks a full-time Assembly Technician to join their team in Baraga, Michigan. Previous manufacturing or related experience preferred, but not required. We will train those with an excellent work ethic and self-motivation.

Our assembly technicians are the Swiss army knife of our operations. They assist in all production stages, as necessary, to achieve quality and timely services for our customers. This Includes:

• Production assembly.
• Paint inspections.
• Parts handling and sorting.
