Laser North, Inc. in Baraga, Michigan, is hiring a full-time Assembly Technician to join the team. The role offers a day shift Monday-Thursday 5am–2:30pm and Friday 5am–9am, with an hourly wage of $20.00–$24.00 based on skills and experience.

• Ability to balance a sense of urgency while maintaining the highest level of safety, quality, and efficiency as a manufacturing technician.
• Ability to follow business rules and guidelines, safe work practices, and safe lifting techniques.

Laser North, a laser cutting and fabrication specialist, seeks a full-time Assembly Technician to join their team in Baraga, Michigan. Previous manufacturing or related experience preferred, but not required. We will train those with an excellent work ethic and self-motivation.

What You Will Do

Our assembly technicians are the Swiss army knife of our operations. They assist in all production stages, as necessary, to achieve quality and timely services for our customers. This Includes:

• Production assembly.
• Paint inspections.
• Parts handling and sorting.
• Grinding and de-burring.
• Forklift materials handling.
• Light machining.
• Facility cleaning and up-keep.
