Columbus McKinnon Corporation is seeking assembly team members at our Wisconsin facility to support the 3X built-to-order conveyor assembly line. You will assemble products, verify materials, and prepare shipments per work orders.

Work schedule is a 4-day week: Monday–Thursday, 2:00pm–12:30pm. Starting wage is $19/hour with a $2/hour shift premium for the second shift, plus a climate-controlled facility and benefits. Join a safety-conscious team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs.
• 1+ year of assembly experience preferred.
• Able to read production paperwork.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Aufgaben

• Assemble products using work orders and paperwork.
• Verify parts and materials for production orders.
• Operate hand and power tools to assemble components.
• Label and verify documentation as required.
• Perform quality checks and packaging for shipping.
• Collaborate with team leads to resolve issues.
• Follow safety procedures and 5S housekeeping.
• Support other duties as assigned.
