**Inside the Role**Perform physically demanding manufacturing duties including repetitive processes, moderate to heavy lifting, the use of machinery and following standardized work procedures at workstation or line assembly operations to mass-produce bus components or to assemble those components into a completed bus.**Posting Information**We provide a scheduled posting end date to assist our candidates with their application planning. While this date reflects our latest plans, it is subject to change, and postings may be extended or removed earlier than expected.**We Take Care of Our Team****Assembler position offers a starting salary of $22.92/hr.****\\*additional 7.5% shift differential for off-shifts**Benefits include; 401k with company match, retirement pension, full coverage benefit plan options, paid vacation, 15 calendar holidays, paid sick/disability leave (including sick days), employee assistance program; comprehensive health and wellness programs (including no cost wellness clinic for employee and covered dependents), and tuition assistance.**What You Drive at DTNA*** Use hand tools, adhesive dispensing equipment, forming machines, fixtures and/or end effectors to complete mechanical, electrical and structural assemblies and sub-assemblies on buses.* Install and assemble components for buses, use computer systems to access company data associated with assembly process, utilize drawings, bills of materials and specification sheets in both electronic and hard copy* Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision* Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.* Follow prescribed safety protocols.* Work in a LEAN manufacturing environment and employ continuous improvement on a daily basis.* Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment as required.* Kitting of products, material and supplies**Knowledge You Should Bring*** **Attached resume required*** Must work successfully in a team environment.* Must have good command of the English language, both written and verbal* Able to work during 3rd shift**Exceptional Candidates Might Have*** Manufacturing assembly/production experience a plus.* High School Diploma is preferred* Basic computer skills are preferred.**Where We Work**This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)-High Point, NC US.
