Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services in Lafayette, Indiana is hiring Assemblers to design, test and manufacture pallets, crates, and skids for the shipping or storage of industrial products. Assemblers build pallets, crates and skids of any size or dimension.

You will operate hand and power tools, use a tape measure, and work with safety equipment. Shift times include first shift 6:00am–2:30pm and second shift 3:00pm–11:30pm, with some Saturdays; wage starts at $16.50/hour for the first shift and

Qualifications

• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to lift, pull, push 50 pounds for 8 hours while standing/bending.
• Operate a variety of power tools and hand tools and utilize PPE.

Responsibilities

• Assembler tasks include production of pallets, crates and skids of various sizes.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble and finish products.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
