Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring assemblers in Ravenna, Ohio for a first shift position with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. The role involves assembling products, packaging kits, and using hand and pneumatic tools in a team-focused manufacturing setting.

No background or drug screens are required, and employees are expected to read instructions, follow drawings, and meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards. Steel-toe boots are required at the work site.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred but NOT required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and drawings.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to lift 25–30 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Overtime availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and packaging kits per work instructions and production schedules.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Operate hand and pneumatic tools and drills.
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and blueprints as needed.
• Measure materials using a tape measure.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Follow all safety procedures and keep a clean work area.
