Job summary

Integrated Solutions for Systems, Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking an Assembly Technician to perform hands-on assembly of diverse systems. You will read blueprints, ensure proper fit-up and quality, and produce assemblies that meet acceptance criteria.

Experience in manufacturing with welding, metal bending, water jet operations, and fabrication is preferred. You will work with drills, riveting guns, wrenches, hammers, grinders, and metal saws while collaborating with engineering to take

Assembly Technician

We are seeking Assembly team members to provide hands on assembly of a wide variety of systems. Specifically, the successful applicant will meet the requirements below.

Technical & Skill Requirements

Candidate must be able to read and interpret blueprints, understand fit-up, inspection, and quality control requirements, and consistently produce final assemblies that meet or exceed inspection and acceptance criteria.

• Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing, construction, or other hands-on assembly work Experience in welding, metal bending, water jet operation, and general fabrication is a plus.


• Experience in the safe use of tools such as drills, riveting guns, wrenches, hammers, metal saws, grinders, etc.


• Experience in working with an engineering team to bring a design through prototyping and into production.


• Day to day use of computer software (Microsoft Word, Power Point & Excel, time keeping systems).


• Experience in AS9100 operations and quality control processes.

Pay:Experienced assemblers will start at $25 to $28 per hour.
