Parish Tractor Company in Poplarville, MS seeks an Assembly Technician with mechanical aptitude to join our team. You will assemble tractors, RTVs, mowers, and implements per specs, perform PDI, install options, and maintain records in a fast-paced shop.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of assembly experience, own toolset, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. Training programs are available and safety is emphasized.

Formación

• 1 year of mechanical assembly or equipment repair experience.
• Own toolset to perform core duties (special tools provided).
• Knowledge of small engines, hydraulics and basic mechanical systems.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to participate in Kubota Service EDUCATE training programs.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble equipment (tractors, RTVs, mowers, implements) per manufacturer specs.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections and functional testing.
• Install accessories and customer-specific modifications.
• Maintain accurate records on service and assembly orders.
• Operate equipment safely for loading, unloading, and yard movement.
• Keep shop and assembly areas clean and organized.
• Assist with other shop duties as assigned.

• Assemble equipment including tractors, RTVs, mowers, and implements according to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and functional testing to ensure proper operation.
• Install accessories, attachments, and customer-specific modifications.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed on service and assembly orders.
• Operate equipment safely for loading, unloading, and movement within the yard.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop and assembly areas.
• Assist with other shop duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly or equipment repair preferred.
• Personal toolset sufficient to perform core job duties (special tools provided).
• Working knowledge of small engines, hydraulics, and basic mechanical systems.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
