Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing in New Kensington, PA is hiring for an Assembly Technician on 1st or 2nd shift to join a growing manufacturing team. You will assemble components, maintain inventory, and organize the workspace while following drawings and instructions.

The role requires at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, ability to read basic drawings, and fluency in English. Candidates should be self-motivated, communicative, and safety‑minded in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
  • Experience on an assembly line or similar within the manufacturing industry.
  • High school diploma or GED is PREFERRED.
  • Can read a basic drawing and work instructions.
  • Demonstrates in-process inspection competence.
  • Demonstrates basic mathematical skills.
  • Has both mechanical and technical capacity.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

  • Communicates with Management, Team leads, Operators, Quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues
  • Completes legibly all reports and other associated paperwork

Who we are looking for

We are hiring for BOTH 1st SHIFT (7am-3:30pm) and 2nd SHIFT (3pm-11:30pm)

This position is located full-time, onsite within our Re:Build Manufacturing facility in New Kensington, PA. In response to growth in our product offering and a strategic expansion of our capabilities, the Team at RBNK is growing and seeking to fill the position of Assembly Technician.
