Job summary

Hickory Chair in Hickory, NC is seeking a general assembler to perform production assembly in assigned area(s) at its manufacturing facility. You will plan daily activities from a production schedule, read route cards to determine process, and assemble parts using glue, screws and hand tools with a focus on quality, safety and efficiency.

You will collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment and contribute to workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous assembly experience is preferred.
• Able to follow safety policies and procedures.
