Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an OEM Assembly Technician for aerospace production operations in Everett, WA. Under close supervision, you will assemble aircraft components to meet specifications, assist with troubleshooting, and conduct tests to verify quality and performance.

You will disassemble and clean parts as needed, maintain records, and work with prescribed procedures to ensure compliance with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronic, electromechanical, or mechanical assembly.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under supervision.
• Electro-mechanical assembly and troubleshooting skills.
• Crimping and soldering skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical publications, drawings, and schematics.
